Cape Lookout Gasshuku 2007
3 hours of basics, kata, kumite and
endurance on the beach surely is not
too much to ask...
"Good Morning everyone, this is what
we are going to do.....
I was very happy to see
some of our Bethany
Little Dragons at the
beach
And of course to finish things off we have our traditional Mae Geri march into the
ocean, which after three hours of training is nice and refreshing....
Thanks to our Intel Karatekas for
supporting this event
No one goes hungry when Clark
is around...
The gasshuku is not only a great training opportunity but also a place for our supporters to
meet and socialize. The gasshuku is never just about karate....
"So you think the
potatoes were raw
...
'smores' are of course a
'must'.
Snipe hunting - "boy those things were
quick"
Everyone had a good time at this years Cape lookout
gasshuku. The weather held up ok, the food was great and
the social mood of this training camp is hard to beat. A
very nice group of karatekas and parents/ families getting
together to enjoy the great outdoors. Thank you for
making this a very memorable event.
